Hello there, info793.

I'll make sure you'll able to connect QuickBooks Online (QBO) to your bank and keep track of your transactions.

When connecting accounts with QuickBooks, please make sure you have the accurate bank's login credentials. I'd suggest visiting your bank's website and copy its URL. Then, paste it in the Connect an account window's search box. This will let you log in to your correct bank.

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select Connect Account from the landing page, or click Add account if you've already created an account.
  3. In the Connect an account window, paste your bank's URL and press the Enter key.
  4. Depending on your bank's login requirements, enter your Email address or Username, then your Password.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Follow onscreen instructions if your bank requires additional security steps.

I've attached screenshot below to show the third step.

Once done, QuickBooks Online will automatically download transactions so you don't have to enter them manually.

After your transactions were successfully downloaded, all you have to do is to approve and categorise them in QuickBooks. You can refer to this article for the detailed steps: Match and categorise bank transactions in QBO. It also contains information on how to troubleshoot bank transactions.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
