MISLEADING ADVERTISING Plus is advertised at a discounted rate on your website of R147.31 Yet upon signing on new clients through QBOA, the discounted price is R298.90

    Currently, the discount offered in the website is 70% off for the first 3 months. Any discounts offered in the website may change from time to time. That being said, rates depends on each subscription's original rate and any discounts.

    You have explained why rates change from time to time but my question was why the prices charged through QBOA invitation do not correspondingly change. - Should the client ignore the QBOA email and instead purchase directly from your website?

     

    Secondly, as the special is about to expire, does the client have to choose between taking advantage of the discount and the free trial month?

     

    Please answer these specific queries, as canned replies will not do.

    The price for promotion is subject to change and we currently have 50% off for 3 months. Once the trial expires, the program will set the subscription to its original amount. You can only avail of the 50% discount price if you purchase it directly. For more details, check out this article.     QBO Consistently misleads and has false advertising and hides behind small print in their terms and conditions!

     

    This company I wish would be held liable and I would love to jump on board of a law suit against a company like this!

     

    They consistently sell their product under false pretenses and claim their products do "x" and it doesn't.  I wish someone would start a class action lawsuit against QBO!
