Question

My trial expired so I subscribed but it's created a new company and I cannot access the old account with all my transactions. Is there anyway to merge?

You have to open your trial account, navigate to the Billing and Subscription menu and pay the regular rate to continue your work. If you click the Buy button, it will create a new blank QBO account.

You can follow Fiat Lux - ASIA's recommendation to reactivate your account. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
  4. Select Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
  5. Select Save.
  6. Select Payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information. Select Resubscribe.
