I suggest contacting our support team. There, one of our live agents can look into your account and assist you through the process of getting a refund. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Choose Start a chat (live chat M-F, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM SAST).
