Payment done but can't access the app as it says I need to renew subscription

This time, we'll have to log in to your account using a web browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome and navigate to the Gear icon. 

 

I'll demonstrate to you how to check your current subscription. Please see the steps below:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon ⚙️, then choose Account and Settings under the Your Company section.
  2. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.

 

Once you confirm that you have an available account, we can reset the app's data to refresh it. Let's carry out this action either within the app or through the settings on your Android device.

 

Here's how in your QBO app:

 

  1. Click the Hamburger icon, and then choose Settings.
  2. Select Refresh Data, and then tap Yes to continue.

 

Below are the procedures to take in your phone's settings:

 

  1. Go to your android phone's Settings, and then pick Apps.
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, and then tap Storage.
  3. Select Clear data.
