Hi there, RASTAS13.

QuickBooks Desktop 2014 service is already discontinued. That's the reason why you can no longer register it online.

However, we can help further with activating the account by contacting our support team.

Here's how:

  1. Go to this site: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select a topic.
  4. Click on Send Email button.

If you need anything else, please let us know. We are here to help.

hi @RASTAS13 ,

Do you have QuickBooks Desktop 2014 US version Enterprise edition? We have some clients still use that version until today. As we recalled, you would need a validation code to reinstall the product.
