Question

Since updating my QuickBooks and paying subscription I cannot access my company files it keeps on telling me it's deleted or cancelled please help

I have tried to phone the helpline that is QuickBooks helpline but the number does not exist

We can start by accessing your QBO account through an incognito mode. This does not store cache which has the potential to become corrupted and cause unexpected behavior.

 

Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

 

If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate piled-up data that might be causing the issue. If not, you can use another supported browser or device. It could be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.

  1. Head to the QBO ZA Help page.

  4. Then, enter a brief description of your concern in the box. Example: Cannot access QBO company.
  5. Click Continue (the system may ask for your Intuit Account log-in to proceed).
  6. Then, select Chat with us.
