If you encounter bank error 105, it typically indicates that there might be an issue on your bank's side. It's possible that their website is undergoing maintenance or experiencing server problems, which can disrupt the online bank connection to QBO.

 

To isolate this, let's try to manually update your bank connection. Here's how:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Bookkeeping and select Transactions.
  2. Proceed to the Bank transactions, then click Update.

 

If the error continues to occur, visit your bank or credit card's website to verify if they are currently undergoing maintenance or experiencing server problems.
