Welcome back to the Community space, Rindienel.

Let me help you fix the bank feed error 105 on your end.

But before anything else, we'd like to know your bank's name to see if your bank has an ongoing investigation about the error.

Bank error 105 usually means a problem with your bank's website. They may be undergoing maintenance or have server issues. This can stop the online bank connection to QuickBooks.

In the meantime, let's first update your bank connection manually. Here's how:

  1. Go Transactions.
  2. From the Bank transactions page, click Update.

If the error persists, check your bank's website to ensure everything is working on their end. You can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your bank's website. I you can't, contact your financial institution for the next steps.
  2. Find any messages, notifications, or alerts. If there's an existing issue on your bank's end.
  3. Review your account pages, account history, and transactions. If you can't see these, there may be connection issues.

You might want to automatically categorise your bank transactions, feel free to read this article: Set up bank rules to categorise online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you have additional QBO bank connection concerns, never hesitate to reply to this post. I'll be willing to lend a hand. Keep safe and enjoy the rest of the week.
