Before we start, ensure that when you're accessing QuickBooks simultaneously, open the account to another supported browser or private (incognito) browser. This helps isolate unusual behavior when working with QuickBooks at the same time. 

The error you're prompted with can possibly be caused by stored cache files. A cache full of history and temp files can cause unexpected behaviors, such as being unable to export reports. Let's log in to your QBO account using a private browser (incognito). This way, it confirms if the cache is the cause. To open one, you can use these keyboard shortcuts: 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
