26/05/2021 - Anz bank feed error has been affecting our accounts since last week. Has anybody had an update from Quickbooks?

Hello Rodb, 

 

Our Product Engineers received similar reports from other users experiencing the same issue with the ANZ bank. For now, we aren't able to provide a specific timeframe when the issue will be fixed. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can include you in the list of affected users.

 

  1. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Get help from a human.
  3. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.

You can also check the articles for more details about bank feeds, like importing transactions or how to categorise the downloaded data in QuickBooks: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Hi,

This error is still affecting our bank feeds with Quickbooks Online

We have a similar trial with Myob and those feeds are not affected
