A username, password, a stupid 20-year-old captchu, and then MFA. How can I fix the terrible sign-in experience?

The sign-in process multiple times a day, especially with the terrible old tech captchu's. I am considering moving as I see red every time I get another captcha.

To protect security and privacy of your data in QuickBooks, additional verification steps may be required before accessing accounts. Factors such as change in IP address, use of VPN, frequent login etc. are reasons that can prompt you to go through additional verification.

 

If you're using a regular browser and you get the same thing, I suggest contacting us. Here are the steps to contact support:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.  
  4. Click Let's talk
