An error has occurred while downloading excel pay run audit report

Let's perform some basic trouble shooting steps to isolate the situation encountered. Let's start by signing out and signing back in to the account and then access the report once more. 

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Click on Pay Run Audit, and select the Pay schedule and Pay run.
4. Click on Run report.
5. Click on Download and select Excel.

If the issue persists, let's log in using a new incognito window. Here's how:

• For Chrome, press CTRL + SHIFT  + N.
• For Firefox, press CTRL + SHIFT + P.
• For Safari, press SHIFT + COMMAND + N.
