Question

App keeps stopping and not letting me do anything. Keeps asking for fingerprint every 10 seconds even after being authenticated. Can't send error report. Any help?

Can't even send an error report because it just tries to fingerprint me again and jumps out of whatever er I'm trying to do

When the application is not fully functional, performing the recommended basic troubleshooting steps will resolve the issue.

 

First, clear the apps cache files. Doing so helps in fixing any sorts of errors in the system. Here’s how to do that:

 

  1. Go to your QuickBooks Online App Info.
  2. Click Storage.
  3. Select Clear data or Clear cache.

 

If you get the same result, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks Online app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application.

 

However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account via web browser on your device.
