The bank feed will not reconnect

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

There has been a reported investigation with Bank of Queensland getting error 103 in QuickBooks Online with investigation number INV-113257. Our banking team are working with BOQ team to find out and eliminate the root cause of this issue.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so that we can add your company details to the investigation. That way, you'll get notifications once a fix has been deployed.

 

In the meantime, you can upgrade your existing bank connection to direct bank feeds connection which is available to some personal and business banking accounts. Or manually upload your transactions using a CSV file upload
