Question

Can a standard user of a file turn on Keypay and add employees and process pays without me knowing. It is under my billing as QBOA

I'm concerned I may get billed for each employee if a client takes it on themselves to initiate payroll.

Only Admin (Company Admin) users can access Payroll, and only for the employees who are included in pay runs would get billed. For more information, please visit the link below :
