Can an Standard User process a payrun?

I need to add a Standard User to access Pay Run. Our Subscription allow us to 5 Users. Why the 5th Standard User can't access Pay Run?

Hello CCCfinance,

 

In QuickBooks Online, a user with an admin user role can access the Employees tab to set up payroll, besides primary admin and accounting firm user on the file.

 

You can edit the user access using the steps below:

 

  1. Click on the Settings ⚙.
  2. Click on Manage Users.
  3. Find the user you want to edit. Then select Edit in the Action column.
  4. You can change the User type ▼.
  5. Select the user settings you want to manage (if applicable).
  6. Click on Save.

 

Once the access has been changed, have the user sign out and sign back into the account.
