Question

Can any one help please, I was lodging to ATO and the message says ABN doesnt match. after my structure change i updated my quickbooks profile. dont know whats wrong.

Did you happen to receive any kind of specific error message? If so, could you please reply with the exact error message as this will help the troubleshooting process.

 

You mentioned you updated your QuickBooks profile, but did you do the same for your KeyPay profile?

 

KeyPay is often referred to as the Employees tab, and you might need to go into Payroll Settings > Details and update the information there as well.
