Can anyone help me with upgrading my account to online plus? when i try, it says to call them. its public holidays so i have no idea what to do. need to transfer asap.

As of now, we're unable to process your payment since our support team is out for the holidays.

 

Rest assured, you'll be able to upgrade your QBO account the next day on December 27, 2019. Our support team will be available outside of December 25th and 26th.
