Can i access copies of my send emails?

Hi sales274,

 

At the moment QuickBooks Online does not have the feature to save copies of emails sent on file. If you've set up the Email me a copy CC and BCC for your sales forms in your company settings, you'll get a copy of the sales form to the email entered on file. Here's how to check:

 

  1. Click on the Settings icon, and click on Account & Settings.
  2. Click on the Sales tab, and locate the Messages field.
  3. Click on the pencil icon in Messages and see if the tick box for Email me a copy @ (email address), under CC and BCC you can also enter an email address.
  4. If it's not set up you can tick the box to get copies of your invoice to your email.

You can also check your Sales tab > Invoices > Status column shows you if an invoice was sent or not. You can also check this through your Audit Logs in your settings option.
