Can I access reports from financial year 2021 to 2022? the drop down box doesn't appear to provide that option

Can I ask what is the report name you are trying to access? There are different reports you can generate in QuickBooks Online. Let's choose the Custom date in the Report period to be able to set a specific date. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Search the report name.
  3. Under Report period set it to Custom, and select the From and To date.
  4. Click on Run report.

If the issue persists, I would recommend signing in to QBO using a new incognito window to isolate the unexpected behavior encountered. Using an incognito window does not store any data file.


Here's how:


Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
