Yes, you can add your three accountants from one firm to your list of users. You can follow the steps below:

 

  1. From the left menu, select Team under the Your Practice section.
  2. Select Add user.
  3. Enter first and last name and email of new user.
  4. You can add title if you want, then select Next.
  5. Select desired access for your firm administrator and your firm's books.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Specify which clients your employee should have access to, then select Save.
