Can I connect QuickBooks to other email other than Gmail

It's nice to have a new user joining the Community forum, rangi.  I have the information you need about connecting with other email providers aside from Gmail in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

At the moment, connecting different email domains in QBO isn't available. We can only use Gmail for now. In the meantime, we can download or export the data you want to send to other email addresses and then forward them from there.

If you want to send invoices, you can refer to the steps below:

1. Go to Sales and then Invoices.
2. Click the dropdown arrow in the invoice you'd like to download.
3. Choose Print.
   
4. It'll open a new window.
5. Hit the download icon and then enter the file name.
6. Once done, click Save.
