Can I invite my accountant to view all my information on QuickBooks directly?

Yes, an accountant user can view all your information in QuickBooks. They have the same rights as a Company admin user

When you're ready, just click on the My Accountant menu on the left-hand side of the Dashboard. Then, you'll want to enter their email address and hit Invite.

Just a bit of information, they have a tool in their QuickBooks that lets them:

• Reclassify Transactions
• Write Off Invoices
• Undo a Reconciliation
• Access report tools and set a date range
