Can't resubscribe. There is no resubscribe button in Accounts and settings. Can you fix it?

Welcome, mopokehill! I'm glad seeing you here in the Community forum.

 

If you're using the mobile app upon resubscribing, then this could be the reason as to why you can't resubscribe. Right now, Billing and Subscription is currently available only in the web version of QuickBooks Online (QBO). You need to log in using a computer browser. You can use this link to sign in: https://qbo.intuit.com.

 

To resubscribe or reactivate account in QBO, here are the steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. On the left pane, select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Hit on the Resubscribe button.
  5. Be sure to enter the updated billing information.
  6. Lastly, click Subscribe.
