Can't run pay run. says my subscription status is KEYPAY EXCEPTION. What is this?

Hi Narelleportelli, 

 

There was an outage on Sunday 14th which prevented QuickBooks Online Payroll powered by KeyPay users from viewing or running payroll. This has since been fixed and users should no longer be experiencing any more difficulty.
