Can you change your subscription on a mobile app to a desktop? do i need to cancel the apple payment and what happens when i cancel the subscription?

Welcome to the Community. I know a way how you can change your subscription from mobile app to desktop.

The first is to cancel the QuickBooks from the app store and resubscribe it via the web. Here's how:

1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Choose your Name to access your Apple ID.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Click QuickBooks Online.
5. Tick Cancel.

Once done, you can now subscribe QuickBooks Online (QBO).

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Tap Account and Settings under Your Company.
4. Choose the Billing and Subscription, then Resubscribe.
5. Enter the updated billing information in the fields.
6. Tick the Subscribe button.

When an account is canceled, QuickBooks Online will continue to provide your data in a read-only format for a year. Within that period, you can export it to Excel or to the desktop version to keep a copy.
