Cannot see anything uploaded by client to the Shared Documents section of My Accountant in client's ledger file

Hi Bloink, 

 

Thanks for posting a question to the community, I'm Bowie from Intuit. Have you tried the good old, clear cookies and cache? Can you please try to view the documents in an incognito window and see if you are able to see the documents? 

 

This issue probably requires some troubleshooting. Can you see other documents from other clients?
