Cant connect to ATO says error i need to put branch # next to my ABN it wont let me so how does this program work when all ABN has branch number ?

Just to clarify are you trying to connect to the ATO to submit Single Touch Payroll or are you trying to submit BAS/IAS through the GST centre? Please let me know and I can assist further with how to get this resolved.
