Cant downgrade my subscription?

I'd like to help you downgrade your subscription, @jwjcjenkin.

 

There may be some possible reasons why you're unable to downgrade. It could be that there are features from your current plan that's blocking your move to a different plan that doesn't have these features.

 

No need to worry because you have the option to fix this downgrade stoppers. You can refer to this article for the detailed steps: Downgrade your QuickBooks Online plan.

 

Once done, you can go back to your Billing & Subscription page and select the Downgrade option.
