Hello ichih,

 

If you've connected your ANZ bank account through direct feeds connection and is still pending for verification after 24-48 business hours, make sure you've authorised the bank account both in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ANZ website.

 

Furthermore, you'll have to make sure you've copied and enter the complete QBO company ID in your ANZ website under Manage Bank Feeds section. For example: 

 

Company ID shown in QBO: 1234567890 H37

Company ID to be entered in the ANZ website is: 1234567890

 

If you've followed the steps attached to this link to Connect ANZ Direct Feeds and the account is still pending for Direct Feeds connection, I'd recommend contacting our customer support team through the Help menu in your QBO account to further check your ANZ direct feeds enrollment in QBO.
