Greetings, @sortedbk.

I recognize your need for a quick solution so your client can access the cash flow planner. I'll impart some details to ensure everything is accurate.

Using the cash flow planner, you can forecast money in and out of your business to keep track of your finances. One of the possible reasons why your client didn't see this feature is that the cash flow planner is not available for QuickBooks companies that have Multicurrency enabled. Here's an article to learn more about this feature: Use the cash flow planner in QuickBooks Online.

You'll want to follow these steps to review if the multicurrency feature is turned on in their company:

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  2. Pick the Advanced tab.
  3. From the Currency section, check if Multicurrency is enabled.

If the multicurrency is not turned on but they still can't see the cash flow planner option, I suggest having your client access their QBO account through a private/incognito window. The private window will not save any history, making it a good place to identify browser problems. To start incognito mode, use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can see the cash flow planner feature using a private window, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.
