Hello lydia552020-hotm,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! Are you trying to access your payroll tab but you're getting enable cookies message? If so, I'd recommend using the steps below to check your browser settings.

 

For Google Chrome:

 

  1. Select the 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Settings then Advance.
  3. Under Privacy and Security select Content Settings.
  4. Select Cookies and Turn off Block third-party cookies


For Safari:

 

  1. Select the Gear Icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Preferences then Privacy
  3. Next, to Block Cookies tick Never

Furthermore, I'd recommend also to sign in to your QBO account using a different support browser like Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox browser.
