I would love to help you check your certification status. However, for security purposes we're unable to do it here in the Community space.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. They can check your account in a secure environment and assist you further.

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. In your QuickBooks, click Help.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter your question in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Click Get a callback.
