Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

The certifications and training is currently available in the QuickBooks Online for Accountant version. Let me guide you how to access them.

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant file.
  2. Click on ProAdvisor.
  3. Click on Training.
  4. Click on Get started to start a course.

If the issue persists, let's use a new incognito window or another supported browser to isolate the situation encountered. Using an incognito window does not store any data file.


Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Then, log in to your QBO for Accountant file and access your Training tab once more.

 

If the issue remains, let's contact our Customer Care Team. That way, they can check your account version in a secure form. They have the right tools to check your account.
