"Create new pay run" for week ending 09/05/21 is not working. Intuit says "Updating earnings line rates" then "error occurred". What can I do ? Never happened before.

Is the error coming up after you select 'New Pay Run'?

I would love some more information or context on this matter, is there a screenshot you could share with me by any chance?

Also, was there more information given other than "error occurred"?
