It's good to see you here in the Community,

To be sure, do you want to track your customer and project sales? If so, you'll need to open two separate report to view the information.

Run the Project and Profitability report to display your project sales. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the Projects menu to select the customer/project your working.
  2. Click the name to view more details, then choose Project Reports tab.
  3. From the list, pick Project profitability and then hit View link.
  4. This will display the income and expenses for the project.

Then, to get your customer sales, run the Sales by Customer Detail report from the Reports menu. You can also to filter it to see only specific information. Check out this resource for a complete guide: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you can export your report to Excel if you want to combine all the information: Please refer to this article for more insights: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

You can post a reply if you have further questions about running reports in QuickBooks. I'm here to help you.
