Direct bank feed error

Hi JessB,

Hope you are well.  The screenshot is not opening for me unfortunately, but essentially, this is a notification symbol which normally means that there is perhaps an error with connecting your Bank Feeds to QuickBooks Online.  When clicking on the symbol does it not bring up a message advising what the notification is specifically?
