Does anyone know how to fix this:We encountered an error while processing the request. Error: CMN.ATO.AS.EM054 - Enter a Branch for the ABN or TFN you have provided.

Let's get this error fixed, glbconcreting.

 

You'll encounter this message when the ABN or TFN provided has more than one Branch.

 

Let's check your ATO settings and enter the Branch for the ABN or TFN you have provided.

  1. Click the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Under Your Company, click Payroll Settings.
  3. Click ATO Settings on the left menu.
  4. Enter the branch information.
  5. Click Save.

Once done, go back to the page you're working and check to see if the error is removed.
