Does anyone know if the QBO Dashboard can be changed? I want to see the bills owing rather than the expenses box like in the Business Snapshot report, but on the dash.

Yes, the QBO Dashboard can be changed. You'll have the option to turn on the Cash flow widget menu to show this in the Dashboard. This widget provides a real-time view of your current cash balance along with a historical comparison of money in and out across all your connected bank accounts.

However, the option to see the bills owing like in the Business Snapshot report to the dashboard is currently unavailable. That said, the dashboard only displays an overview of your company. This gives you a business update like the status of your income and expenses and your bank accounts.
