Error msg QB Online A n droid app. "Error can't add your trip". Was working fine until this afternoon. Why? How to fix?

You'll want to refresh your app to resolve this prompt. Let me walk you through how.

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Hit YES to confirm.

Once done, log out and then log back in to see if you're still getting the message. If resetting the app still doesn't make a difference, I suggest reinstalling the application. 

 

To uninstall, long-press the QuickBooks Online app and then click the Uninstall. Then, follow these steps to reinstall:

  1. Open Google Play on your device and search for QuickBooks Online. This app works on smartphones and tablets. (It may not be available in some countries).
  2. Select Install.
  3. If you are already signed up for QuickBooks Online, use the same user ID and password to sign in to the app.
  4. You may be asked to enter a one-time code to confirm your identity. Once confirmed, you can continue into your account.
