Forwarded PDFs to receipts by email those from 1 company cause a "We're sorry, we can't process 1 out of 1 attachments to an Email you recently sent us". Any solutions?

I'm sorry to see you're having this experience. In this particular instance, could you please reach out to our Support Team directly to investigate the cause and resolution:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
  4. Enter the required information.
