Has anyone encountered this error? CMN.ATO.PAYEVNT.EM14160 How do you fix it please.

Hi bookkeepingsolut,

 

This error is provided by the ATO in cases where, for example, multiple lodgements have been made in quick succession and one submission was unable to process. In this situation, the advice is to wait a day and then resubmit the pay event, which you can do by going back into the pay run and following the prompts to Lodge with the ATO once more. Alternatively, you could also do an Update Event as this will bring across the most recent year-to-date information to the ATO.
