Have emailed quote to wrong email have tried to change email address it keeps asking me to refresh my data b4 i can make changes not sure what to do

Let's do some browser troubleshooting first before you change the email address on the quote and resend it to your customer. 

 

You can start by accessing your account using a private browsing or incognito window. Your web browser keeps files in its cache and saves the pages you have previously visited.

  • For Chrome press Ctrl+Shift+N
  • For Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N

If you're able to successfully enter the correct email address, you'd want to clear your browser's cache (regular browser) to start fresh. Also, you can try switching to another supported browser (such as Firefox or Chrome) or try an alternate computer. 

 

Also, you can update the email address on the customer's profile. Doing so, the correct email address will be automatically populated every time you select a customer on that invoi
