Hello I am trying to run my weekly pay run but when I Click on Employees to try and start a new run. I am getting a black page. Can you please help? Thanks Ben

Thanks so much for reaching out about your issue accessing the employees tab in QuickBooks!

Please can you try and open your QuickBooks in an incognito window? 

To do this: 

1. Open Google Chrome 

2. Click the three vertical dots on the top right hand corner.

3. Click 'New Incognito Window'

Once you are in your incognito window, log into your QuickBooks, go to your Employees tab and try to create a new pay run. 

Let me know if you can see the payrun or if you still just see a black screen and we can go from there.
