Hello I have cancelled my subscription but have been charged a month

Welcome to the Community. I can help you get the support you need to review the charge on your account.

 

I'd suggest using the Start a chat feature from the Help menu once the support hours are open. This way, they can securely access your account and perform the necessary actions regarding the charge.

 

Our Customer Support Team is available from 8 AM - 10 PM AEDT (Monday - Friday) and 8 AM - 8 PM AEDT (Saturday). In case you need the steps, here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Start a chat (only available during support hours). 
  6. Enter your contact information. 
  7. Choose Submit or Send message
