Thanks for posting in the Community, ngahirakaw-gmail. I've got the steps to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user. 
2. Go to Gear icon ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

After you cancel your subscription, your data will be available in read-only access for 12 months. We recommend that you export or print your data before cancelling your account.
