Hi - I keep getting this message that says "We are unable to get transactions from ANZ bank starting 11/04/2019" but my transactions still appear - what's going on?

It’s a good thing to know that you still received your transactions despite the error message you got. You can click the Update button and see if this removes the error. If it’s still there, you can do the basic browser troubleshooting steps.

 

To start, you can log in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This stops the cache from saving new data. If the error is gone, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If not, please try other browsers like Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox to isolate the cache.

 

You can always post back when you’re still having issues with online banking.
