Question

Hi. I send remittance advice emails in bulk when I pay suppliers. These emails used to come to me as well in BCC but they have stopped since 31 Aug.

How do I turn this back on?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Let's check on your settings and ensure that an email address has been entered on BCC section. 

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Expenses.
  3. Tick Email me a copy at (your email address) and enter email address in BCC field.
  4. Select Save and Done

 

Once done, you can try to create a dummy bill payment to confirm if you if you've received a copy of the remittance advice.
