Hi, on my sale report/ sale app how to i excluded all deposit ( what I transfer to my personal account each week.) My report total is completely wrong.

My bank account where I got the deposit isn't connected to quickbook only my business account and my square app

If you're trying to remove transactions from your Square app, I recommend contacting their Customer Support team for further guidance. You can find their contact details in the Support section of the following article: Connect to Square

 

If your Square app is connected to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you can easily remove transactions by going to the Transactions tab, selecting the Categorised menu, and then undoing and excluding the transactions. This will remove the transactions from your account registers or financial reports.
